I have not been disappointed at all with this product. It is easy to clean and very easy to use. I get professional results every time. I could not ask for a better froth for my cappuccino.
Pros: Easy to clean, Pours Cleanly, Well Insulated, Quality Construction, Attractive design, Easy to fill
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't live without it but...

I like it but it leaks constantly no matter how much milk you put in it... therefore it makes a mess.
Pros: Pours Cleanly, Easy to clean, Easy to fill
Cons: Constantly Leaks

Love this frother, makes the best latte's; no need to buy them any more. Easy to use easy to clean. Makes the best steamed flavored milk. Love It, but it is a bit delicate, need to handle with a bit of care.
Pros: Awsome fast

I love the frother! Unfortunately I haven't even had it a year, and it stopped working this week, can't find anything on the site on how to troubleshoot.
Pros: Easy to fill, Attractive design, Easy to clean, Pours Cleanly

I was really hoping this would be a quality product, I was wrong, It only worked one week, it is difficult to clean, I was very careful not to get any elec. parts wet, but it still stopped working, when it did it was of course great. Nothing better than frothy milk for your coffee.
Pros: Attractive design
Cons: Messy Pour Spout, Difficult To Clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only thing I love better than this frother is my Keurig brewer! After the first time I tried it, I boxed up my espresso maker and gave it away (as I no longer needed it to steam/froth milk - I was already using my Keurig to make espresso!) And I have raved about it so much that I now have to buy 2 more (for my friend and my mother!) After frothing the milk, there is a film over the inside almost like the milk was scald so I guess that is why some people find it "hard" to clean. But I just 1/2 fill it with hot water, a tiny bit of dish liquid and wipe it out with a cloth and it's clean in 2 seconds! I don't consider that "difficult" or "hard" to clean! For my next coffee I think I will froth some Irish Cream and see how that works! :o)

Motor does not last

only used once or twice a week and motor burn after 6 months but love it while it last

does exactly what it says it does a bit over priced unless it lasts forever have only had for a few weeks - so only time will tell
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Perfect amount for 1 cup
