A Waste

The stirrer tip broke off in 4 weeks. I design plastic parts and assure you this design is pathetic (designed to break). Between the non stick coating flaking off into my milk and the broken stirrer this product is a waste. I will not replace parts, even if available. Dissatified in Denver.

So easy to use and clean. Have looked for a long time for a simple, yet reasonable priced frother. Was thrilled to find this one! I was pleased that it was by Keurig as I am exceedingly happy with my coffee maker as well. If you are looking for an easy to use frother while wanting excellent quality frothed milk, this is the machine for you. Can't say enough good things about this product. This excactly what I was looking for and hoping to find!

Makes unbelievable foam!

I received the One-Touch Milk Frother about a week ago and absolutely LOVE it! The foam is so thick you could almost stand a spoon in it! I only use skim milk and it still foams beautifully. You can't put the components into a dishwasher and you must be careful in cleaning (i.e., don't plunge it into the sink), which may be a hassle for some. But that's the only possible negative. This is definitely something that will be used frequently in our household! Will also make a terrific gift for family and friends.
Pros: Pours Cleanly, Saves money, Quality Construction, Easy To Store, Easy to use

BEWARE... this unit likely to fail.

I have bought 3 of these units because they work extremely well and I have found no other unit on the market that works better. In spite of my careful handling, all three units have now failed and I am very frustrated. The latest unit only lasted 5 months before it quit. I have still not found a better unit on the market, so I would love to see Keurig address this by redesigning the device to make it more robust.
Pros: Pours Cleanly, Easy to fill, Attractive design, Easy to clean
Cons: Fails after 3-6 months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only thing missing!!

I adore foam; in particular i like warm or hot foam! This is the only thing that was missing from turning my kitchen into my own little cafe. Now when i want a latte or cap, i have it. Love this little product. It makes my day (and afternoon and evening) A bit hard to clean thoroughly but it makes up for it w/no noise and terrific foam. Thank you, Keurig, once again.
Pros: Attractive design, Well Insulated, Easy to fill, Pours Cleanly, Quality Construction

I would not recommend this product i have had two now, the machine is just not user friendly. The good thing about this product is it does create a great froth, but it's messy as it froths. For over all cleaning after use is more of a pain than it's worth.
Cons: Difficult To Clean, Messy Pour Spout
