Initially I was incredibly happy about a machine that helped me recreate a coffeeshop experience. The cleaning process is a little fussy, but bearable. However I was quickly disapointed. The frother broke after 4 months of use. I have not had any kitchen appliance that broke that quickly EVER. Previously I was considering buying a K-cup coffee machine, but after trying out this product I don't think I will buy anything made by Keurig again.
Pros: Attractive design
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Difficult To Clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It worked great until just recently. Got it less the a year ago, just use it 1 or 2 times a week and the coating inside is coming off and is burning the milk.
Pros: Unique
Cons: Coating coming off
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't know how I lived for so long without this! It is incredible! So much easier than using a steaming wand, and it gives great results, every time! I use it for making cafe lattes, cafe au lait, mochas, and tea lattes. So easy to use and clean, and it really delivers frothy, hot milk fast. I have even mixed a little vanilla flavored creamer with my milk in the frother, and it comes out perfect! While the lower fat content milks usually do yield more froth, I have used 1%, 2%, and half and half with great results. I was a little leery at first because of the price tag, but my husband convinced me to go ahead and get it. Let me tell you, it was worth every penny! It's just fantastic, the perfect complement to the Keurig coffee maker!! Love it!
Pros: Reliable, Fast, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Dependable
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought one for me and order one for a friend, before I gave my friend his, mine had died on me, some kind of electrical short. Customer service answer within a day, ask question about my frother and never suggested any solution, used the one I bought for my friend and that one broke too. Electrical too. I know you are not to submerge but you have to clean. My friend is happy with his Nespresso frother that I bought him And me I don't have any (out of 2) working
Pros: Smooth Taste
Cons: Electrical is poor, Customer Service
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the second one I have purchased and because it does a great job frothing the milk. However, it does not seem to last beyond 6 months (purchased in May 2012). I am presently sending mine back in to be repaired! If it doesn't last beyond the six months again, I will be looking for a more reliable frother.
Pros: Easy to clean, Easy to fill
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Failed within a few months

We used this on weekends for about 3 months... so maybe 15-20 times (and VERY careful to not submerge the little unit). The little mixer in the lid stopped spinning so no froth. This little plastic lid/mixer is the only thing that makes this a product...and it looks to have been designed to be disposable... The price for these should justify a margin that can take care of their customers with warranty. I'll call tomorrow and find out
