I see the countless reviews on other frothers only lasting a short time, which is unfortunate. I've had mine for a year and it has been used a lot. It is still going strong even with the frother spring no longer actually clipping. I use a minimum of 1% milk, but have used up to 4% with no issues. I also use it for my chai tea concentrate to make chai lattes and it works like a charm. Love it!
Pros: Quality Construction, Pours Cleanly, Attractive design, Easy to fill
Cons: Somewhat Hard To Clean

I purchased this product for my father last Christmas . He's an cappuccino condensurer. I purchased the platinum keurig for the mother. My father was absolutely thrilled. He raved to me so much that I purchased one for our house. My fathers stopped working after 7 months the whisk will not rotate. My sitting in the pantry is now at his house, I only hope it lasts. I couldn't locate another one in store for purchase. I purchased them the Rivo for Christmas , they were highly disappointed with that... It was bulky, noisy, milk byproduct not equal to that of the individual frothers .Rivo ended up going back To store.

I love my Frother!

I use this product two or more times a day. I can not use the steam wand on my cappuccino machine to froth. It just doesn't work for me and I get very frustrated. This machine is so great!. It makes a beautiful froth and it just makes me happy. I can sit down with my latte and enjoy without trying and retrying to use that steam wand. I LOVE my Keurig Frother and I recommend it to everyone! Forget that wand and just push a button! :-) Enjoy, I know I do.
Pros: Easy to clean, Attractive design, Well Insulated, Easy to fill, Pours Cleanly, Quality Construction

Not sorry

I have had my frother for 3 years. Yes, 3 years of daily use and have had no problems with it. Recently the stirrer stopped working. Still heats milk, but doesn't froth. After reading latest reviews, I am hesitant to replace it. I'm afraid the quality is not the same and perhaps Keurig has changed its supplier since I purchased mine. In addition, I had received this through the rewards program at a discount and now it is no longer available and I would have to pay full price. Meanwhile, I did purchase a battery operated frother, but I was spoiled and don't like it. It doesn't do a good job of frothing at all.

Frother is not sturdy

Unfortunately the frother withstood only two months of daily use and then the spinner in the lid fell apart rendering the product useless. Keurig's web site furnishes no information about how to replace this part.
