3 stopped working within a few months!!

We have gone through 3 of these...One we gave as a gift, the other two for ourselves....ALL 3 stopped working within 3 months.
Pros: Attractive design
Cons: Difficult To Clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got mine for Christmas last year and I loved it the first time using it. I went up on line to leave my comment but found so many comments saying that it would only work for about 3 months then stopped. What we have done to keep my going like a new one is my husband puts a drop of machine oil on the inside unit about once every 14 uses. I still love my machine and look forward to many more cups of coffee with froth.
Pros: Quality Construction, Easy to clean, Pours Cleanly, Attractive design, Well Insulated, Easy to fill

Two time loser

I enjoyed this product when it was working. Unfortunately, I've now been though two and won't be replacing it for a third. In both cases, the vessel continues to work and heat the milk, but the frother mechanism doesn't work. (And yes, I filled it to the appropriate level and used skim milk.) For the price, I'd expect to get much more use out of it before breaking.
Pros: Easy to fill
Cons: Flimsy Construction

Very disappointing for the price paid

The frother is very hard to be kept clean, does not have a consistant temperature, leaks easily even if you follow the instructions. It is a very disappointing Appliance. In my experience, the Breville is much better

Cons: Messy Pour Spout, Poorly Insulated, Difficult To Clean

It heats and froths in nearly record time. It can even froth Soy and Almond milk in addition to skim.

Parts wanted

Unit is way too flimsy. Wife uses it very carefully and it has broke the plastic end that holds the wire spring. How do you get parts for this thing???

I can't live without this Milk Frother!

I purchased this frother over the summer, and only just used it now that the weather turned cold. This is the best gadget in my kitchen, I can't live without it! It makes the milk or half and half, hot and creamy and frothy. I could just have a cup of frothed milk thats how much I love this gadget!!!! If you have not gotten yourself one, you need to!!!!

I own 2 of these frothers, one in each of my houses, and I wouldn't be with out it. Yes it does take some TLC but it is worth it. I have owned this product for 3 years. The first one I bought had a connection problem and even though it was a month past the expiration, the company replaced it free of charge. The second one had a loose spring after 2 years and when I called the company they send me a new replacement spring. If it gets stuck and doesn't spin it is probably because some milk harden around the connection. I carefully cleaned it with a tooth brush and it did the trick. It makes my coffee feel like I am at a cafe.
