[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I gave it 4 Stars was due to the two things:
1: The top rack does not get bowls clean... have to be in the lower rack
2: The weird layout of the bottom rack with the absence of racks in the middle makes it hard to load plates and bowls in the same load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has served us well since we bought it 14 years ago. Finally the drain pump failed. We will replace it since the cost of repair is half the price of a new dishwasher, and the new ones have additional features.
