Can It Be Any Better?

I have used Intuit tax preparation software for 22 years and have never been disappointed. From MacIntax to TurboTax, I have never had a problem with my Tax Returns.

Lifesaver for Taxes this Year

Loved Turbo tax, made tax season less stressful, easier to file, and easier to understand. Will be Turbo Taxin' it ever year!!
What's great about it: Easy to understand, step by step, and explanations to each section
What's not so great: explanation for military spouses on military state exemptions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Consistent as ever!

Been using for years. Mine is pretty straight forward. Not a lot of additional entries. But even if I did have them, am confident that all items would be addressed.
What's great about it: Quickly reviewed all items needed. Easily understood prompts and information. Done in an hour.
What's not so great: None to be had

Thank you for this software and ease of doing taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use and good help explanations
What's not so great: the fix errors was not clear, but I finally figured out what was needed

I have been very happy with TurboTax! I have told my Families, Friends, & Co-Worker's how easy it is to use. I have used different ones, Deluxe, Premiere,& Business Programs.
I am Re-Tired now and I still find TurboTax Programs for almost everyone to use if they just tried one of them, they would file for themselves. Most are too scared to try doing their own taxes and that Audit-Risk Meter Helps you reduce your chance of an audit, Guide's you through each step, and a live US based Turbo Tax Phone Support available

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2008 and have never had any problems. However, this year I was unable to e-file due to a problem in the Turbo Tax system (TT told me this). Half of the reason I bought this program again was to e-file. So, now it's back to paper filing this year. I am very tempted to use a different service next time around due to the filing problem and the additional fees for e-filing.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and seems to cover everything
What's not so great: Expensive to use once all of the fees are figured up

Very disappointed with change in the functionality of turbo tax. Version that I have purchased for last 8 years was not able to do my taxes this year. No changes in my tax filing situation or status last year vs this year. Just confusing changes by turbotax.
