Have been using TurboTax for many years, even when I had my own side business and still find it incredibly easy to use. love that they guarantee the calculations. If you need information or clarification it is right there a click away.

Always very informative

We have a large family mostly under one roof, and we one by one go through everybody/s returns in a few days. The system has proven over the past 5 years we've used it to be very reliable, and we've never had a problem.
Works well with QuickBooks as well
Would have been nice to be able to files everyone's electronically, but there is a limit per license which is fine, would have happily paid to submit the others as well, but there was no other option to buy a 2nd product and load it on another machine to do everyone in the house.
What's great about it: Checks updates each time, easy to print, pdfs make a great way to store info on travel drives or backup systems
What's not so great: A bit slow to load and check for updates. Wasn't able to upgrade to do everyone's return electronically.

Used it for years

I've used Turbo Tax since 2009 for me and my hubby and its pretty easy to use and I used to file self employed but it made it easy and we own a house and it just walks you through everything. Last year I did my taxes with it but wasn't sure about them since we had some new stuff to file so before I filed I took all my stuff to a professional and found out that I did it all right with Turbo Tax and Turbo Tax did Just as Great a job as the accountant and cost me less then if I would have had to used the accountant. And the Accountant was impressed That I did such a great job :) but it really was that Turbo Tax made it so easy
What's great about it: easy to use, walk you through, support
What's not so great: I wish there was a chat now on the program instead of having to go through Questions that might not match mine

Enjoyed my refund

It went very much as I expected, and I did get a national refund. Just wish my state taxes had been the same.

I NEVER get a refund. Not in 20 years. This year, TurboTax made sure I didn't miss any expenses or credits. Got a refund!
