YEA! Turbo Tax does it again!

Have used Turbo Tax for many years now! Love the help and guidleines. Easy format for non-professional tax pros.
What's great about it: Walks you thru each area!
What's not so great: E-file should be included for both fed & state

Just would like to know why state filing isn't free any more.
What's great about it: Easy to use and I like to go back through the forms before I print and send

Quick and Painless

Easy to install and easy to use. The instructions are unambiguous and easy to understand. The TurboTax guarantees and optional audit protection provide and extra measure of Peace of Mind.
The only hiccup I experienced was when I attempted to update TurboTax on the initial install. The window indicated the updates would take only two minutes, but when I clicked update nothing happened for about 15 minutes at which time I opted to cancel, but nothing happened when I tried to cancel, so I restarted my laptop and quit for the day. There were no problems the following day. maybe because I installed TurboTax before doing any updates.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, thorough, and peace of mind..
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Good product as usual

Looked for information on a new AC / Heating unit. Some of the pages and references appeared to be understandable only to a tax / IRS expert. Took several searches to find what form to use and where to go to input the information. Once I got it, I was good to go. Going for a roof this year so will know where to go with the credit next filing season!

A bad mark on my TurboTax history

Everything went as I have come to expect. Even when we got to the part where I'm obliged to click "No Thank You".
Well, that option was not present when we got to the part about buying TurboTax Premium Service. Like it or not, Continue-Continue-Continue and Agree-Agree. Transmit your returns and begin the wait to see how much you will have paid this year.
As of right now, I Will Not Be Back.
