I've been using Turbo Tax almost every year since it first appeared and I was always well-satisfied with it. I particularly like the flexibility I have to choose how to enter my data.
What's great about it: Ease of use

Easy to use, but seems to hang on some features such as saving to the cloud. May be due to me using a MAC instead of IBM

I have used TT for several years. But I am retired on a limited income so tax preparation is a no brainer. No need for an accountant.
What's great about it: Quick and not too dificult.
What's not so great: None serious enough to comment.

Mostly - Great - with an exception

All was good till I got to the end and was still way, way over previous year's taxable result (to the tune of about 10 grand). Turned out it was a misplaced decimal point but it took me forever and a step by step walk through to find it. It would be great if, in the case of a 20-25% differential between current and previous year, that the system would ID this and alert the user. The data is in the system, so a simple compare could trigger this.
Also, lose the 'encouragement' for a gift card approach. Use the would you like to take advantage approach and if I decline, forget it and let me move on without drilling down into the additional screens. Yuk!
What's great about it: Bread crumb trail is good. Intuitive and easy to use.
What's not so great: It would be nice if the system identified significant differences from previous year
