It seems I always have trouble filing my Illinois state taxes using turbo tax. In addition, I keep be charged additional expenses. I truly believe I will not use your product next year.
What's not so great: Issues filing and being charged an additional cost.

Excellent Product continue the good work, I am a longtime customer of Turbotax. Each year I see more improvements.
What's great about it: Full Interview very helpful and easy to navigate to and from tax sections.
What's not so great: Would like to have Turbo Deluxe continue to handle basic investments without going to Premier

The ease of using the program is uncomplicated. The information guidelines are in simple terms. There is one drawback and that is, the information given when clicking "view more info" is not more information. further information is not much more that a repeat of the introductory paragraph...
What's great about it: The walk through are very good

First-time Taxes Made Easy :-)

Overall this TurboTax tool was very great. The pricing is probably the only con when it came to double-filing for two different states. But it honestly made things so simple and easy that I can't really complain right now - especially for my first-time. So I'm satisfied.
What's great about it: Asked a lot of questions and walked through everything step-by-step
What's not so great: The wording on the state filing was confusing and didn't have those "Explain This" boxes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Old and Trusted Friend

I've been using turbo tax since the 80's I believe and it gets easier each time. Tho there were some changes early on that made the process slower while learning the "new" way. Other than that I've never had any problems with completing my tax returns and never had any problems with the final returns no audits so I'll continue to purchase and use this program for filing my returns.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, informative, up-to-date, follows tax laws,
What's not so great: can't undo an entry if entered in error, can't always delete forms

Easy-Peasy!

Have used TurboTax since 1990 and was a little worried when I read some bad reviews this year ,however I purchased the Homeowners edition (previously Deluxe) and nothing changed for me. It seemed easier and took less time than usual. I'll never use a different tax softwear as I have never in 25 years had a problem with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Importing from last year's return
