Great, except...

I've used TurboTax for several years. This only real criticism I have is that this year it indicated a tax penalty on my 1040 without any explanation. I had to do independent research to understand what the penalty was.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Easy to stop and restart.
What's not so great: Yeat-to-year change in GUI.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

No Problem

I have been using Turbo Tax to do my taxes since they started using electronic forms. Never had a problem. Never been audited. Always easy to get through. I do it in one sitting, takes about 4 hours total. If every piece of electronic filing were so simple my dog could do this. Good on you TT.
What's great about it: Does all the work for you.
What's not so great: none

First time user easier than expected

Glad I tried it out and will continue to use
What's great about it: Navigation was reasonably intuitive, Questions fairly easy to understand
What's not so great: It would have been nice to see the Federal and State form filled out as I progressed
