One glitch

I am not sure if this is TurboTax problem or government problem. I could not not find where my electronic id was on my documents printed in 2013. I did find something in 2012, so tried to use them and forms were rejected. I found where I had written down another number in notes and tried those because I could not get a new set of numbers through the website or phone connection. Very frustrating. There needs to always be a why of identifying these numbers for future use. I finally sent my returns by mail.
What's not so great: Could not get id for sending electronically

I always like the ease of transferring previous year tax information to help guide me through the data entering. My child started her first year of college and I was unsure how to report the 2014 1098-T for a scholarship paid in 2015. After poking around in the forms view, I was able to find the Reconciliation of charges paid in the Tuition Statement. I'm sure the IRS publications would have confusingly got me there, but I was surprised Turbo Tax didn't quite cover it as I input the 1098-T. Otherwise a great product as usual and I don't have to worry about setting an appointment nor carrying a file of statements to a tax professional.
What's great about it: Incorporated latest tax changes
What's not so great: Had to use form view to decipher education credit

I have used TT for years and will continue to do so unless the price gets higher and higher.
What's great about it: The Easystep was good.
What's not so great: Some things didn't seem as straightforward as before.

Excellent resource, printing forms excessive

I have used Turbo tax since 2011, and all the information from the previous year(s) is available for comparison with additional information like the actual tax percentage paid. But printing the forms, where each individual charity contributed to takes one sheet of paper, may be a government requirement, but a summary sheet for my printed record keeping would be more efficient.
What's great about it: Interview style helpfull to someone who has never used TurboTax
What's not so great: Printing all forms (69) seems excessive
