A great program!

This software is terrific! I cannot imagine ever going back to the long nights of manually doing our taxes again. Step-by-step details have also really improved over the years. Great job guys!
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Can't think of anything!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I Love My Turbo Tax!

2013 was the first year I had to file taxes by myself due to divorce. Had no idea what to do. Someone told me about Turbo Tax so I purchased it. Kept delaying the inevitable. Finally, had to file and, not being too computer competent, realized I had no need to fear. Turbo Tax truly walks you through every step AND alerts you to deductions you may not know exist. In my married life we always paid a tax accountant to file our returns, it had been 30 years since I personally filed a return so I was anxious. Turbo Tax relieves the anxiety and fear, and reinforced, in me, that I can successfully manage my single life during my senior years! THANK YOU Turbo Tax! (Do you have a software package for home repairs/improvements??? LOL!)
What's great about it: Easy to Use; Made me aware of deductions I never knew about;
What's not so great: NONE!

turbo is great

I have used turbo tax for several years and will do so for many years. It is so easy to use. Can do my taxes in half the time compared to handwritten. And it is always accurate. It also gave me deductions that I was not aware of. It also makes the state return very simple and fast. Do not have to spend several days doing my taxes

this is the first year that I have had so many problems trying to print a return.Have used turbo tax many times before ,don't think I will use again.

Best Program

I really enjoy using turbo tax. It is a user friendly program and makes sure that I cover every stage in the tax process. If there are any errors I am notified quickly and given a step by step walk through on how to fix things. A year ago my identity was stolen and turbo tax was there to walk me through on how to save my identity through the IRS

I recommend Turbo tax to anyone who is apprehensive about filing their income taxes themselves. I feel confident that Turbo Tax helped me file my taxes right!
What's great about it: Does calculations for me, my questions are answered with on-line help.
What's not so great: ?
