Fairly Easy this year

I've been using TurboTax for quite a few years now and they've had their up and down years. I would say this is one of the up years.
What's great about it: Seemed to go smoother this year.
What's not so great: Small text on some of the screens

Quick and Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years, and it's just keeps getting easier. It's great Intuit and the Taxing authorities have such good relations and the software is updated as rules and forms change.
What's great about it: Fast, helpful

Good, but still a day long ordeal

A long and faithful user of Turbo Tax. When will the filing helpers begin to talk to us? I would like to see an engine which analyzes the year end credit card spending and figure out the tax implications since I deal almost exclusively all my purchases with credit card.
What's great about it: Continuity
What's not so great: Spent lots of time inputting data to find out that the deduction did not meet the threshold.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

TurboTax is the way to go!

This year I did my taxes without having access to last year records (just happen to be out of town), the refunds were humongous and not credible. Run check a few times and TurboTax did not find any errors so I filed them.
When I got home I ran TurboTax again with the information of last year and found a big difference in the results.
I have been trying to make and amendment but it does not let me amend the Federal forms

What's not so great: Found difficult to make an amendment
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
