Nothing to worry about

Carry Overs

If there is a solar credit carryover we cannot file it electronically. State of Hawaii will not allow it to be filed electronically.

Using Turbo Tax is so quick and easy. It covers everything to make sure you get the best deductions and eliminates mistakes. I wouldn't use any other software.

have used for 5 years, always seemed to go smoothly. Never had a question from IRS. Haven't ever used any other brand.

Frustrating experience

I am incredibly frustrated with my Turbo Tax experience this year. I will not be using Turbo Tax again for filing.
I had multiple 1099-Miscs that were not for self-employment income but the program insisted on treating them as such. The only way I got around it was calling it prize winnings, which then turned up as gambling winnings on my tax forms. I had no way to change this to explain what the income was actually from.
And the help feature did not assist me in fixing this problem.

Great experience and so easy

This software is wonderful! Very easy to use and I feel like we definitely got our moneys worth.
If you have a simple situation this is definitely the way to go! We saved a lot of money by using this program as opposed to having an accountant do it!
