solving problems

I called the government telephone listed in the program and got a squeal like a FAX machine answer. I made out much better be working my way through IRS.GOV. Other than that I was very satisfied.
What's great about it: getting all necessary data was simple
What's not so great: getting a new PIN was a real problem

Easy process

Using TurboTax is easy. You can let TurboTax walk you through the process or you can do it yourself. It even allows filling out and modifying individual forms. I've used TurboTax for well over 10 years and will continue to do so (started using it when you couldn't file electronically).
What's great about it: Easy; interfaces with TurboTax
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Easy and Efficient

This is my second year using Turbo Tax. I am very pleased with how the software is set up. I am led step by step through all the questions and also through all my possible deductions. I probably would have forgotten something, but Turbo Tax made sure I didn't.
What's great about it: Did all my calculations and walked me through possible deductions

Fast and Big return

This was quick and easy, since I used it last year. Everything transfers over without a glitch.
What's great about it: everything
What's not so great: nothing

Not happy with the extra cost

I think it is poor for Intuit to force users to pay more for a higher version when in the past they could utilize real estate forms in a lower version.
What's great about it: functionality remained consistent
What's not so great: having to upgrade version for functionality previously is lower version

Troubled

It took two hours load and reload the program, along with talking to Kate at your support center. Kate was a delight to work with. If I have to go through this next year it might be time for change. This would be a sad thing, for I used your product for over ten years.
What's great about it: Once it got loaded it worked well

Very easy to do my taxes

Have been using Turbo Tax for years and not had any difficulty doing it myself.
What's great about it: Follow instructions which were pretty clear
What's not so great: Should let you pick standard without going through all steps

Easy File for FY14

I particularly like the step by step walkthrough for filing. Using this method prevents me from missing anything.
