Review of my taxing experience

I have used Turbo-Tax for the past five years and it has not let me down. I do get confused about the jargon. Are ID and email address the same? If so, why not just say email address?
Creation of password seems difficult? Could make this process easier.

2014 Return

Been using your product for at least past 6 years. This is by FAR the worst product you have ever put out. Compared to last year it was very much user unfriendly, made me type "None" in the school name field (even though I stated no education expenses), no state return like past years, etc.
I will purchase from a different vendor next year.

This software is the best available. You can cut out all the middle men/women and do it yourself. My fourteen year old nephew could do this, with the walk you through it capability it has. I file my taxes every year without a bit of worry. Even when I've had to mail my return, they had all my information and my return still arrived super fast. It's safe, secure and guaranteed!! Now I don't know where you can get all three these days in one place. Get Turbo tax, it's affordable and worth every penny. Because they'll help you get that penny back! :)
What's great about it: Everything! Taxes made easy!
What's not so great: I haven't found any cons.

we always buy the the audit defense and have actually used it twice. both times the IRS ended up owing us additional money. i highly recommend turbo tax and audit defense.
What's great about it: we use turbo tax every year - never had a single problem

If you tell TurboTax you do not own a car, why does it continue to ask about your car —or the house you said you don't own?

Like that it helps walk you through everything. Would like to see free State e-filing in future when you purchase the state program.
