Perfect Every Time

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. I have had excellent service and no issues with any of my filings. I like that I can do my own taxes, explanations are always very clear/concise, and no worries when I'm done.

Efficient, accurate tax preparation!

The step-by-step process is very easy to follow. Every aspect of the tax year is covered and analyzed. It's impossible to miss a deduction!
What's great about it: User friendly and detailed
What's not so great: In order to pay, have to sign in again?

Fasting Filing Yet

I can't believe I'm done with filing our 2014 federal and state taxes! Sooo fast. This was the best TurboTax yet.
What's great about it: Went through this year's return and before I knew it, I was done with my federal & state returns.
What's not so great: Seems like every time I opened Turbotax I had to update it. It was the same thing every time.

USED FOR A DECADE

I have used this program every year for over a decade. It is easy to use and I have recommended it to friends and they agree that I gave them good advise. It is logical and user friendly walking you through the steps so you do not miss anything. It is also allows you to get very detailed definitions so you understand the correct yes and no questions most of the sections are based on.
What's great about it: i like the outline working of the program that allows me to jump around between sections to make changes.
What's not so great: Importing items is nice but seems to take longer than typing them in

May change to HR block software next year. My brother used it and said it is just as easy and is significantly less expensive
What's great about it: ease of use, like how you enter charitable deductions
What's not so great: expensive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another Good Year

I have been using TurboTax for 10 years with no problems.
Moving into retirement we had a lot of new tax forms to report and the software made it a simple task
I would and have recommended this software to anyone.
What's great about it: Information pulled forward from last year's return
What's not so great: Paying the State (Indiana) their taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's not so great: Knowing 2013 PIN # is difficult.
