good program; could use some UI tweaks

I generally like the real-time refund counter; it's good design to do the things that make the refund go down first and then the things that make it go up. However, I'm regularly annoyed when clicking through the income and deductions pages that, every time I complete a section, I'm dropped back on a screen showing the top of the list - but the "next step" is at the bottom of that screen. If I just finished a step, I should not have to move the mouse over to the scroll bar and drag down (because the "end" button doesn't take me to the end); the window contents should be positioned to allow minimal mouse movement and to show me what's next.
Beyond the excessive scrolling, I do like the UI of the desktop version. Of course, I'd prefer a Linux-native implementation, but I'd be happy with just less mandatory scrolling. :)
What's great about it: easy to answer questions, good help, feels thorough
What's not so great: lots of scrolling, defaults to putting new information at bottom of page

Providing some info on terminology could be helpful. Perhaps a glossary for terms.
What's great about it: helpful "learn more" better than ever
What's not so great: If you don't understand some terminolgy you have to assume it does not apply.

was to get one free state return submitted paid for all state returns filed for 2014. Could not find 2013 information saved to Turbo tax neeeded to enter all 2013 information.

I have used Turbo Tax for as far back as I can remember and I have never had any issues. Works great and maximizes my refunds.
What's great about it: Quick and easy and asked all the right questions
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo-Tax is the way to go for filing these income taxes.
What's great about it: reliable, speedy, trustworthy
What's not so great: 1099 ES forms seem a bit more cumbersome

Thorough, intuitive, for the most part straight forward. There were more sections of the software that werent as intutive as they had been in the past. It wasn't easy to NOT e-file my state return. I felt I really had to jump through some hoops because I didn't want to e-file it.
