What's great about it: I like the ease of transferring past years taxes and entering data, importing W2 feature... All great

When applying updates, Turbo Tax says it is restarting, but it never does. It just shuts down.

Harder to use this year

When printing I had a problem reviewing in PDF. Could, for a while, only get first page. Finally rebooted the program and it worked.
Would also like TurboTax to number the pages to be printed to make it easier to review for completeness.

TurboTax walks you through the entire process to maximize your total return and provides worksheets to make the process even easier. There are key points where you can get additional information to help you understand what is being asked and why.

I love turbo tax! Without it I would have to pay someone to ask me those questions and would not be able to do this from my couch at 2am, which is when I do this sort of thing. Memory of last year also helps tremendously. There were circumstances when the options did not include an accurate descriptor of my case, but I can go back and figure it both ways.
