Easy, Fast, Accurate

So easy to use this program. This is my 5th filing with Turbo. I have learned over the years how to organize my information during the year so that it is easy to access immediately everything that I need. "It's Deductible" is great for tracking donations, which previously was the worst part to get organized.
The program kept telling me that there was an update coming from the Feds (something about medical expenses I think) and that I could not E-file until it got here. I decided not to wait any longer so went ahead and E-filed - no problem as it went right through. Don't understand the confusion here.
When I tried to access my account, I was told I had an account but the info I was putting in was incorrect. I triple checked the password, gave up, then tried to open a new account. It said my Email was already used. (Yes, by me!. But it would not open.) Something askew here! So.... no cloud storage, not that it is critical.

Love, Love, Love Turbo Tax

We have been using Turbo Tax for years! I feel that by doing our own taxes, we have put ourselves in a position to receive the maximum refund possible. Who knows better than you, how your money was used?

Turbo Tax is easy and accurate

The gentlemen helping me for more than an hour was great and very professional and patient. Because of this experience, it made me realize why I use and enjoy turbo tax every year. Turbo Tax is awesome. He led me through the questions until I was finished and felt that I completed everything to the best of my ability.
What's great about it: The representative was sooooo patient and informative.

Taxes done in a snap

I have been using turbo tax for years now, and can't imagine going through this the old fashion way. Thank you TurboTax for making this annual chore as simple as possible.
What's great about it: Guides you through each section
What's not so great: font is too small to comfortably read

Very easy to get around, even to the forms that need to be changed. But because of the trouble that has been going around with e-file, I will be filing paper this year. Hope that you can work out the bugs for next year?
