One TuboTax all Forms

Very disappointed this year with Turbo Tax. At first didn't know what Turbo Tax to get. There are to many additions. Have been using Turbo Tax "basic" for many many years and have been quite happy until now. This year I almost purchased Turbo Tax basic again when I realized I couldn't use that addition because it didn't contain the correct forms for me to file correctly. What a joke, except the joke was on me. Came very close to going with the competition. However I did bite my tong and purchase Turbo Tax deluxe at extra $$$, was not happy. Hopefully this will be fixed next year.
What's great about it: Got the job done
What's not so great: Turbo Tax Basic should have all necessary forms

tried other tax soft ware none as good as turbo tax
What's great about it: I have been using turbo tax since the early 90's alway has been the best way to do my taxes
What's not so great: some time it seems to lead you in circle

Great program and thorough. Only downfall I see is why make unnecessary entries when on the onset it is stated that a person is going to be claimed as a dependent on another taxpayer. Example: why make all the education entries when we already know that it isn't going to qualify because the individual is going to claimed as a dependent under another filer (parents). Other than that, it is a very easy way to do your taxes.
What's great about it: Thorough
What's not so great: Unnecessary entries if a dependent on parents income

I've used turbo tax for over 10 years and never had an issue until this year. If it wasn't for the fact that I was comparing last years taxes to this year I would have missed the first time homebuyers credit payback. It is not longer a choice or automatic question and I had to search to the forms to get it completed. I'm very disappointed in turbo tax. I've also used them because I don't have to search but now I do and I have to be extra careful to not miss anything. You don't always have to make changes for things to be better, some times you should just leave things alone...:(
What's great about it: most forms easily accessible

really easy to use - quick and simple
did not like the fact that I had to pay extra for state e-file & it also asked for info not on one of my 1099-R's

Simply delightful

This was a great experience. Took less than 2 hours. I did the taxes while my husband cleaned house. What he doesn't know that it is easier to do the taxes than clean house.
