I have used turbo tax for years and have always been satisfied. I will keep using this! It is easy and if you have questions, the learn more links and personal assistance is informative and quick!

What's great about it: Easy to use, answered all my questions
What's not so great: None that I found
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

Overall very quick and easy to use. It takes you step by step. Some areas were a little more difficult to follow. I would recommend this software.
What's great about it: Generally easy to understand

This is at least my 8th year using Turbo Tax and it is always easy and straight forward.
What's great about it: Fairly intuitive and easy to use
