More than adequate, but not as good as in the past

Still worth the money, but not by as much as in the past.
The automatic review caught a problem (my bad, their good), but it was very difficult/not intuitively obvious how to correct the problem. (The problem related to a deduction I entered correctly that contradicted the amount I entered (incorrectly) in a worksheet . . . the system made it easy to change the deduction (which was right and didn't need to be changed) but very hard to figure out how to get back into the worksheet to correct the underlying problem.
What's great about it: Loads old info automatically and catches all the possible deductions.
What's not so great: Much harder to correct errors than in the past.

Make my tax return faster and easier

If you hate calculation, collection of all required tax forms and reading tax relevant rules and regulations, then Turbo Tax is really for you.

Good product!

I will use the program again. But, it changed from last year taking twice as long to complete my return, which is basically the same as last year - with no strange tax situations. One of the $ figures that was pulled from the 2013 tax form was incorrect.
I am really disappointed that it will not support my electronic filing because I have a "teacher credit" work sheet. I had it last year and it did allow me to electronically file last year.
What's great about it: It is easy to use once you have all of your items together.
What's not so great: It was more difficult to use this year - harder to decide where things went.

Printing State Returns

I've had to take four steps to file this evaluation… the eval itself is too difficult. I don't want to have to review a voluntary submission. You are making it too difficult. I won't do this again...
What's great about it: the system works well
What's not so great: the printing instructions for state returns by mail are not clear. it took two of us three times for the right routing.

I enjoy working with turbo and how it explain issues you don't understand by clicking on more info. no negative as I can see now, also secure on my end.

Overall TurboTax is very user friendly for people who are not familiar with the tax code. TurboTax checks for errors when you are finished inputting your information. Great product which I have used for 5+ years of tax filing and will continue to use.
What's great about it: User friendly for first time users with step by step questions

Walks you through all of the necessary forms. Keeps track of your information.
What's great about it: Easy to fill out and file taxes
What's not so great: You sent me 4 copies of Turbo tax and charged to my credit card
