Great and easy to us prompts

recommend for anyone, sure is better than using an accountant or CPA, however you must be organized to use, have everything together and you can fly through the process.
What's great about it: detailed information and the wizards are great, good response to questions, online chat
What's not so great: The process but its not TurboTaxes fault

TurboTax continues to be a great piece of software. Makes doing taxes fun (as much as you can say that).
Side comment - I know Intuit had issues when they tried to change the program to streamline things (supposedly for the customer) - there were also business reasons to do this. Only complaint I have there is that it come across like you made a decision in the absence of customer feedback and then tried to sneak it under the rug like no one would notice. Every business decision like this SHOULD ALWAYS be vetted with a large enough group of your customers to pick up when you are making a really bad business decision. You probably lost a whole lot of customers -- even with your later attempts to rectify.
What's great about it: Easy and Complete
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Still works great

This is the 8th year in a row that I've used Turbo Tax. I started when I was still working and am now retired. It is the perfect solution for me in both instances.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very thorough, has audit checker for peace of mind
What's not so great: None

Easy way

What I got and printed out was much the same as my accountant shows. seeing there was nothing complicated I needed this year, I completed myself. Every year I would run turbo tax and get a good idea. this year I completed my self.

this program keeps getting easier every year. For me it had all the information I needed to file. Copied last years info to this year saving a lot of time
