I've used Turbo Tax for many years and never experienced a problem until this year. The program was glitchy and kept freezing up and not responding as it should have. A couple of times I had to shut down and restart.

Turbo Tax is easier to use than ever before -- and I have used Turbo Tax from the beginning!

I've used TurboTax for nearly 10 years. I'm amazed that, even though tax laws are complex, the filing process with TurboTax remains so simple. Thanks Intuit!!

quick and easy

very happy with program.
as a professional who pays supervision fees to obtain my license, it was a bit tough to figure out where that information fits.
What's great about it: step by step is easy to follow
What's not so great: could clarify business expense/education list

Simple & Accurate

This is just as advertised....easy to use! It literally asks you questions about everything! I got more money back this year than ever because of 1 question....its amazing how detailed this program is and being able to do it on my time and the comfort of my home. I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and my husband was skeptical that I was getting us the max refund, so 1 year I had an accountant look at the year past and do the current year. She said Turbo Tax (and me!) were in fact getting the job done. THANK YOU Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: simple, accurate, detailed & easy to use even for the novice tax user!

Filing taxing never been easier using TurboTax! It was my first time using it and I questioned why I didn't use it much earlier. Thanks TurboTax for making this process easy and not dreading April 15th - Tax day as I often do.

I have been a satisfied repeat customer for many years. Familiarity has helped but year to year improvement has been noticeable. Keep up the good work.

Easier from year to year

I've been using Turbo Tax for eight years or so and it does a nice job of waking me through the process. This year there seemed to be more useful information carried over from last year so that made entering this year's data that much easier.
I don't want to miss any information so I choose to go through the program step-by-step. There are big chunks of the return that doesn't apply to me and it takes some extra time to get through all that. At least I know I haven't missed anything.
What's great about it: Seems lots more info was carried over from previous filings
What's not so great: Step-by-step can be a little lengthy
