Confusion Over Joint Filing

This is my first time using Turbo Tax. I feel it is a terrific application, but did find one area I was confused about. I was unsure when following the step by step instructions for my own entries if I went a step further, I might be filing with a single status when the information for my spouse had not been entered yet. It is probably due to inexperience not having used the application before, but fear caused me to study further to find a place to enter my spouses financial information. Possibly I missed an explanation somewhere. Thought I would share my experience.

one confusing piece was at the very end after turbo tax stated I had completed my e-filing it then stated I needed to print out forms and mail them in (this was confusing in itself as I thought e-filing was to prevent paper). BUT when I went to click "print the appropriate forms" it stated they were unable to print because it could not convert into pdf
What's great about it: pretty user friendly
What's not so great: hidden fee at the end
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and stress free

I have been using TurboTax for several years and have never had a problem with my returns. Easy to use and a great value. I do appreciate the fact they went back to the original packaging of the forms needed. Thanks for listening to your customers!
What's great about it: Walks you through every step of the way with great explanations if needed.
What's not so great: Can't say anything negative great program.

A painful process made easy!

The program is easy use. Lots of helpful hints and descriptions of the entries. It really does make a painful task that feels overwhelming at the start very easy! Highly recommend!
What's great about it: Simple to use & thorough
What's not so great: Gets pricey when dealing with multiple states and e-filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to use. Takes you step by step. If extra information needed, it is available with a click. For some reason, I could not expand window to full screen on Apple laptop.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Each step explained. Extra info available.

Very Satisfied

ther are cheaper ways to do your taxes, but with this product I have a high level of confidence that all is being done correctly. I especially liek the comparison of hwo the 2014 return matches up next to the 2013 return since that'd make some flags apparent if there were any to note.
What's great about it: carryover of info from year to year, seems to improve each year.

Another Year, Another Refund

I've been using TurboTax as long as I can remember. It has always made it easy to complete all my returns, both federal and multiple states. I've really been pleased with the tax professionals' support when I had questions not answered through the community support, and have also found several answers through use of the TurboTax Community. I have always found directions with handling all my tax issues, especially when confronted with new situations in which I wasn't familiar.
What's great about it: Tax professional Support and TuboTax Community in researching questions I have.

Easy to use

This is my 2nd year to use TurboTax and I really like it. The explanations are easy to understand and it allows me to edit things when I need to.
What's great about it: Price is good, and it steps me through everything
