Felt confident

I like it and the way it downloads information from previous years so that you don't have to try to relearn each little process.
What's great about it: Thorough and felt confident with process. Downloads the information from previous tax returns and that helps a lot!!!
What's not so great: Lots of questions, but that is the process to assure accuracy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2015 return

I am just regular person with no tax preparation experience. Seems straight forward. But when I started to dig deeper into HSA contribution and distribution, end year balance - the program works not logical to me. Checked Q&A, not clear there as well. Left as is.
What's great about it: Comprehensive, detailed
What's not so great: HSA data entering is confusing. Someone wrote that this glitch will be fixed.

1st Year on my own

This was the 1st time using turbo tax on my own. Being recently divorced, my ex usually did the taxes. However, I thought it was easy even though I had to pay, but learned that I can deduct things next year that I couldn't do this year since my ex was an idiot and took all the deductions I had a claim to.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: a little confusing at times for me

As usual Turbo Tax can't be beat! Year after year it makes this process so easy and stress-free.
