Easy to do step by step

I have done my taxes with Turbo Tax for the past several years. Easy to process - love the e filing - get my refunds back quicker and feel comfortable that my taxes have been filed correctly. Always get an update to the program before they start the filing process. Love that it pulls in prior year's information for comparison. Great Job Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to follow tells you exactly where on the form to get info
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

How detailed can you get with 50 characters?
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Can no longer use Schedule C on Turbo Tax Deluxe

PAY MY TAXES

There were not place to put the sales tax on a new car , did not see if that influence the outcome of tax saving , I had been paying my federal taxes quarterly , could not find any place to mentioned or take advantage of it ,I had been using TURBO TAX FOR the last 8 years , and every year they change some good features , that do not see it them now.
What's great about it: THE EASE WORK THRUE
What's not so great: DO NOT SHOW WERE I HAD BEEN PAID QUARTELY

Heading downhill :(

Trying to go back and fill in sections that I didn't have all the information for on the first pass was very difficult!
When looking for answers, the results I saw were not necessarily from tax professionals and sometimes the answers were conflicting, so I didn't feel good about the answers I got.
There were incorrectly spelled words in some of the text, so makes me wonder about the accuracy of other things.
I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 15 years and I feel this year the software has taken a turn for the worse. I may consider another tax software next year.
What's great about it: Step by step is helpful
What's not so great: Less real support for questions, answers given are from users - how do I know that they know any more than I do?
