I absolutely cannot fathom why everyone doesn't do their taxes with TurboTax. It is ABSOLUTELY the only way to go. I'm no dummy, but I do tend to be intimidated when doing our taxes. However, with TurboTax I know that they are asking all the pertinent questions and that they make sure that everything is done correctly.

Easy Peasy

I have been using Turbo tax for about ten years, and am always satisfied with the results. I am able to file my own taxes plus my two children's taxes with one program. I've never had any problems with the exception of one small glitch this year, which was rectified over the phone with a customer service rep. What I like best is that you can enter information at your own pace, then save it for another time. Another great feature of the program is that it pulls the info from last year, provided the info is saved on your hard drive. I highly recommend Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: The program walks you through everything.
What's not so great: I haven't found any

All in all, a good experience. I found when I used Turbo Tax in 2012 that it was easier. When printing, the forms never lined up so now my saved copy is bad. But I guess you could read it if you had to. It felt good to be able to just send it off and be done with it. I did like the 2012 version better, though. If you have never done your taxes before, this is a good way to do it.
What's great about it: It walks you through everything. Step by step, just follow the prompts. It appears to be very well done and includes all
What's not so great: saving was fine. Printing was not so good. The lines never lined up for printing.

I have used many years and I like it, The only Problem every year is with the Alabama State, They do not Tax Military Retirement Pay. You have a way to get Around the Problem and I don't Know why its not Built in .
What's great about it: I have used several years no Problems with Federal.
What's not so great: Every year I have a Problem with Alabama State with Mil Retirement not being Taxed.

Turbo Tax makes the tax prep process as painless as it can be. Clear step by step instructions and examples help tremendously.
When I had a question last year, they were very helpful.
