Removed Investments and rental property from the Deluxe version. They require you to purchase the Premier version at a higher price.
For this reason I will be force to look at different programs next year after using Turbo Tax for 15 years.

Still easy even when the returns are complex

I appreciate the integrated system and the links to PDF files.
What's great about it: I use TurboTax for many of my extended family. It's easy to keep organized, even with multiple W2 and 1099s & states
What's not so great: It's getting more costly each year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Way Easy

I like the fact that TT checks for errors as I go through the forms. In addition, helpful suggestions such checking for other deductions are recommended in the process of filing the return.
What's great about it: Without TT I probably would have had to pay someone to do them

We've been using Turbo Tax to prepare our taxes since 2010. Very simple, painless process, love it!

great refund

I like to review a printed copy before filing. I found no option to print until after filing and even then there was no print button that did the task. I had to go to "file", " print" to finally get a printed copy after I filed. The print option only gave me a "review print copy" but no actual printout. I think you should have a print button that will actually print. I love it's deductable and the carryover of charitble deduction organizations and prior year comparisons. Just need easier print options. 2013 I did not have this problem.
What's great about it: balances prior year & organizations listed forward

Overall, TurboTax is a good product. However, please advise users of the prospect of additional charges to file certain types of returns , or better yet, advise what Intuit product is all inclusive.
What's great about it: The ease of responding to appropriate questions about all aspects of federal and state taxation.
What's not so great: The surprise at a charge to file a non-resident ste return

Not everyone has a high speed internet. It takes 15 min to start up each time to work on taxes.
