Easy to use right out of the box. Transferred info from last years taxes. Good suggestions on deductions to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walked me through all steps
What's not so great: Couldn't pay state tax on-line

Longer Than Usual

On the first time I entered the information in the medical field it put the information into the 2013 year's tax. When I completed it the second time it told me that the standard deduction was what would be better for me. The standard deduction was $13,000+ and my itemized deductions were $15,000+. When I did the third time it came out OK. I use Turbo Tax every year and this is the first time I've had major issues with it.
What's great about it: It eventually got the job done.
What's not so great: The program seemed to be unstable at times. Information entered ended up in the previous tear's tax figur

Been using Turbo Tax for well over a decade. Never ceases to be a smooth, painless experience. Always get a refund comparable to what others get using tax services, at a much lower price, and a little effort on my part. I always suggest it to everyone when they ask.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, reliable
What's not so great: Not a thing

Basically I really like Turbo Tax. That is why I use it every year. I was confounded though when there were no federal health care forms so I could include my 1095-A info. I usually I file in late January because my return is relatively simple and repetitive every year. I kept waiting and updating and finally on March 1 the needed form appeared. I was beginning to wonder - what I would do and what's up with Turbo Tax. You did come through in the end and now I am happy. But you only got 4 stars this year instead of the usual 5.
What's great about it: I liked everything except I had to wait until March when the obama care forms were finally updated and added.
What's not so great: Why wasn't federal health care already included? You knew way in advance it would be necessary
