Everything was easy to follow. We've always had a CPA do our taxes for A LOT of money. In fairness we had a business at the time. Now we don't. This was a God send, affordable and so understandable. I will use it again and again. Thank you so much. Next I will be doing my Mother-in-law's taxes.
What's great about it: Easy as pie
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Terrific Turbo Tax

this year compared to last i had no issues with download.
the speed of the program was amazing.
i had issues last year with the updates none this year.
again speed of download, updates, and processing of returns was amazing. this is first year i did not run into any bumps with the program and i loved it. keep up the great work !!!!

service charge????

I like the simplicity of this program and how it remains consistent year after year. BUT it seems like each year it get a bit more expensive to efile. I wish the cost would be added upfront to the product price rather than on the last step. I may look into doing my taxes with another program next year.

A great product. An easy to follow sequence of steps, in a logical order, leading to a feeling of success, security, and relief from stress and worry. The Technical Support Staff went out of their way to walk me through my internet security settings which was keeping me from successfully E-filing. Thank you for a great product. I'll definately see you next year.
What's great about it: Intuitive, Outstanding transmission and inclusion of financial statements, and a knowledgable technical support staff.

My Turbo Tax Experience!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and love it! I used to go to H&R Block and actually worked there for a few years, but I began using Turbo Tax about 6 or 7 years ago and have been using it ever since! I love how they walk you through each and every step and the ease of fixing a mistake you may have made before you send it off!
What's great about it: ease of use and comfort of feeling it is done right
What's not so great: could explain certain education credits and expenses a little more in depth
Pros: I bought or sold investments
