This is about the tenth or more year we've used Turbotax and are always happy with the results. We feel confident that our return is done correctly and with the least threat.

TTax 2014

This is the 9th year I have used TurboTax. I won't say it makes doing my taxes fun, but it's certainly easier than the old calculate-and-type-it-myself system. I think it could be a little cheaper, or for the price include state tax efile. I'll be back next year.
What's great about it: Could not be easier
What's not so great: A little too expensive

Gets easier to do my own taxes every year

2015 is my 3rd year using this program. It gets easier for me each year for 2 reasons: 1) it pulled up my file from last year, which meant less data to enter, and 2) I wasn't nervous this time around and knew I wouldn't miss anything so I went through it quicker.
I recommend everyone to try this program. It guides you through EVERYTHING. I did receive a letter from the State for receipts, etc., I mailed in what they asked for and everything was okay. I admit my situation was a little sticky as I had gone through a divorce and there was property involved. This year, I do not expect any State letters :-).
What's great about it: guides you through the process; pulls up tax info from previous year
What's not so great: 1st time use is very time consuming if you're nervous about missing something
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Peasy!!

Easy to use. As a former user of H&R Block, this was MUCH easier and I did not have to call the help desk and change settings on my computer for it to work.
What's great about it: Walked me through all the steps. Clear and easy to understand

I wish you had not changed the products offered. Long time user! I am a senior citizen living in a retirement community and caring for sick hubby and disabled son.

I have learned to take the time to read the background information with each block, so that I get my input in the correct boxes and only the proper number of times!
What's great about it: Using TurboTax each year saves me lots of time in data entry!
What's not so great: The complicated tax structure, not your fault!

This is the easiest way to do taxes. Just answer questions, no headaches trying to figure out the confusing forms and calculations.
