Great Product

After recent updates and I had already received my refund from the State TURBO Tax now says they owe me $10 more
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Updates that may change what your owed happen after you file

Great produce, I'm a long time user. I would hope that the program in the future is hack proof. News reports are not very comforting.
What's great about it: Quick, easy to use, worry free, 20 years a user

Worst experience ... not up to past products

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, and have always had a great experience. However, this years was awful. I needed help in choosing the right form to use for my deceased parent. It said I could use the 1040EZ BUT I couldn't find the form to fill out and print. I had many other questions in dealing with her trust account. There were many online references made, but I could not get them to come up and/or they really didn't answer the questions I had. My parent didn;t have enough income to really have to fill out the long form, or possibly none at all, but I couldn't find any information to help me avoid having me have to fill out all the information. I might think twice before buying this product in the future.
PS Having to pick a nickname that wasn't used was a nightmare!!!!
What's great about it: still easier to use over doing it by hand
What's not so great: difficult to get forms, comments with online referrals unusable

Confused at the end

Not satisfied at the end and was so excited to do this via your program this year.
When I went to print to fil by mail - recevied an error msg "errors on your return" but didn't tell me which one. So, I went back into the federal and state returns, verified all information again, the review said everything was verified.
When in again to print to file by mail and GOT THE SAME ERROR AGAIN!
I've gone ahead and saved to a PDF file and will go ahead and file both my federal and state returns but I feel very worried!
What's great about it: Ease of entering information

Made it right!

TurboTax changed what the Deluxe contained this year...but after hearing from those who purchased they added in the additional forms. This is a company that listens to the consumers! I love the Intuit products and have now been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I love to know they update their information every time I sign on!

great for a retired couple

This program was perfect for my needs as a retired married person. We live on retirement checks and my goal is to arrive at a zero payment, zero refund. I can't ask for more.

Dependable and understandable

Each year it seems Turbo Tax is easier to use than the year before.
However 2 years they've had trouble with my state tax filings but have gotten it fixed fairly quickly.
I'd rather do this than go to someone's office with a bunch of stuff and have them do it and charge me more money than Turbo Tax costs.

What's great about it: I like that you can have them walk you through everything or that you can skip parts.
What's not so great: I don't have any real complaints.
