Simple to complete

Three years ago I did my taxes via tax forms and pencil. It took me forever so I switched to Turbo Tax and LOVE it. I would never go back.
What's great about it: Fast and e-filing is the way to go
What's not so great: paying for the e-file of State

Fast And Fortunate

I used to dread doing my taxes.....now I can't wait to see how quickly and accurately I can get a Tax Refund with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Fastest way of doing tax return ever !
What's not so great: Should have done this years ago.

Turbo tax boo boos

I liked previous years turbo tax much better. Hope they get it back together soon or at least before next year.
What's great about it: still okay for filing, but lots of glitches this year.
What's not so great: allowed an error and state got rejected, had to wait two weeks or better to refile.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Made it easy!

Overall, very easy to navigate and they make things easy by transferring old returns. Also the comparrison at the end is nice.
What's great about it: I love how it transfers last years returns. Less typing makes things so much quicker and easier
What's not so great: A little confusing on tuition. Do you claim for the child(who works full time) or for the parents?

Quick and Easy-been using it for years.

Love the Turbo tax but wish things like prior year state taxes paid automatically showed up-it eventually did, but I was confused and had to find last years hard copies first. I would also like to see a comparison of the past 5-10 years totals on taxes paid, AGI etc-would be very helpful in making retirement investment decisions. I would also like to see a effective tax rate comparison that we have had over the past 5-10 years. Overall, love it and so far have not had any problems-everything works seamlessly (although I did have a print problem this year-was fixed with a computer restart-probably operator error :)). The auto load of past years information is the absolute BEST feature-saves SO MUCH time. Thanks Turbo Tax!!!!!
What's great about it: Previous years imported.
What's not so great: Still can't upload my W-2. probably EER fault tho!!!

Another year done

Turbo Tax appears to be the way to go. Though a little confusing at times (like waiting for the final print out and you need to select print (again) from the PDF file). I am not one to get a refund because I have the withholdings calculated so I neither pay or get a refund. Will be glad when the government figures it out and make tax time easy and fair.
What's great about it: As in the past, quick and easy
What's not so great: The print button does not actually print, just opens a PDF file

Good rating as far as my vote would go. I still had a difficult time with the state tax area, as our state doesn't have one. Finally found it and pressed the right button. Other than that, everything was easy. Thanks Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easier to do this year as compared to past use
What's not so great: Some things require a little concentration on finding on the page to execute

What's great about it: QUICK
What's not so great: LUMPED MEDICAL EXPENSES TOGETHER, HAD TO SEPERATE
