Nothing Else Will Do!!

I have used TurboTax for the past five or six years, and wouldn't use anything or anyone else. I have consistantly received maximum refunds from both IRS and my state, and have never had any issues with my returns. I highly recommend TurboTax for everyone!
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate, fast, no headaches!
What's not so great: Haven't found any for us

I been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years. Therefore, you can see that I am very satisfied with your product.
I liked the way you could delete the income sources, such as wages, interest, and dividends. Also, the same with charities that you may have not given a donation in 2014.
I will buy Turbo Tax again next year.
What's great about it: Ease to use
What's not so great: None that I saw.

I have always found the SW user friendly and access to expanded explanation of topics very beneficial. I have used TT for over ten years and highly recommend its use to friends. I especially like the review of potential errors and the probability of audit sections. Keep up the great work.
What's great about it: Easy to use; Great explanations; Covers all possible deductiions; Never had a problem in over ten years of use.
What's not so great: None

State return needs to be fixed

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and will probably continue to do so. Only gave a 2 star because program needs to give more taxpayer help on determining pension plan types. For example is the plan Qualified or Non-qualified and is it Defined Benefits or Defined Contributions. The answers to these questions not being considered in my state returns has cost me $1000's in overpaid taxes over the last 13 years. I will attempt to amend as many as allowed. The tax expert I ended up talking to did good research while I waited on phone and ended up agreeing the AL program needs updating. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product.
What's great about it: After 45 minute on phone talked to Turbo tax expert who fixed problem.
What's not so great: Alabama state rules not properly researched.
