you were right- much easier than last year

Automated Assistance Preferred!!

I appreciate having it all laid out so that I do not miss anything or make any errors by missing forms or columns that need to be completed. I missed one box a few years ago ....and it took the IRS a year to issue my little $200 refund. I have used Turbo Tax ever since!!! Easier than going to my brother who is a CPA! : )
What's great about it: Straightforward
What's not so great: Not so easy to skip items not needed.

I BOUGHT THE DELUXE VERSION. I E-FILED THE FEDERAL AND HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE STATE HENCE ID ELAYED THE PROCESS FOR THE STATE RETURNS. 3 WEEKS LATER, I COULD NOT FIND THE SAVED STATE RETURN AND HAD TO RE-DO IT AGAIN!!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I have never found any faults.
What's great about it: The program walked me step by step so I was sure I was doing it right
What's not so great: I didn't care for the time it took to download all the forms and the time it takes to come completely on.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Made my life a little easier

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years now. It has been a blessing to have this method of completing and filing my Federal and State Taxes. I clearly remember the anguish that I used to go through way back when I had no choice but doing this job by hand. What used to literally, take me days to accomplish, filling out the old forms by hand, making sure that I had every t crossed and I dotted, Researching individual deduction allowances, and overages. Rifling through multiple IRS guides for instructions, hoping to prevent mistakes, etc. Turbo Tax does it all in minutes. With a recap of all categories for accuracy and additional qualifying deductions.
Turbo Tax reviews my inputs for any mistakes. Finally reviews and notifies me of any adjustments required.Plus.. The comfort of knowing that I have a low chance of audit...
I've been completely sold on Turbo Tax for many years...
I have learned from experience that this is definitely the best way for anyone to get their taxes done.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I love the ease of filing and confidence in the accuracy I get with using. Otherwise, I would never file myself. Direct deposit and e-filing are the best.
