I have been using this program for years and have found it to be very easy to navigate through. I have never had a problem using turbo tax.
What's great about it: this program makes it easy for the novice

Edit your copy thoroughly. Misspellings and dropped letters should not be found in your product.

Great refund

I have using TurboTax for may years and every year I gets better. The different subjects are better explained and I allows you to ask questions. Keep getting better
What's great about it: Detailed snapshot of all subjects
What's not so great: sometimes hard to undestand the different subjects

the whole fiasco about the "surprise" need to upgrade to Premier was ugly!
What's great about it: links with professional investment reports to eliminate inputing errors.
What's not so great: cannot print forms with out printing associated worksheets
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
