I have been using Turbo Tax for some years now. I really appreciate the flexibility of the software. Unfortunately, you are not able to contact a tax expert when using the software. I would like to have a chat link added.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Unable to contact tax expert

Easy Going

I am a retired person and this is the second time using your product. I found it very easy to complete my tax return and definitely a lot less expensive than using an accountant. I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and follow.
What's not so great: No cons

We have used Turbo Tax since 2006 and will continue to use in the future. It is easy to use.

Last year, using turbo tax, I got a letter from the IRS stating I had to return $1274 of the refund ! I tried to contact turbo tax but all I got were automated recordings and never reached a human! If I again have a problem, this will be my LAST time using turbotax'
