No Surprises

Long time user. I depend upon you to maintain the same high standards and clear directions. My change in status was easy to adjust by answering the appropriate questions.
What's great about it: I like the consistent, expected, ease.
What's not so great: I can't see such a significant change in the product to justify such a large price jump. Disappointed.

Very easy to use

The process was so easy, especially since I used TurboTax last year. E-file is the icing on the cake!
What's great about it: Step by step method builds confidence and should eliminate errors
What's not so great: NY State questions related to inherited IRA distributions are confusing & difficult to answer.

Enjoyed my experience of filing my own taxes. Maybe it was just me because I was so tired, but at times things were a little confusing.
What's great about it: Loved the details and being walked through with the filing process.
What's not so great: It was a little confusing at times with the overload of information, and not knowing where to go next.

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeeze!

The process is easy to understand and for someone with a very straight forward tax return there is no reason to pay hundreds of dollars for a CPA. I will use TurboTax again for y 2015 return! Thanks!

What's not so great: Deductibles can be a bit Complicated...
