I use Turbo Tax every year!

Turbo Tax alleviates the stress of filing your taxes. I've used this product every year for the past 12 years and I wouldn't file my taxes any other way. During this time period, I've bought a house, got married, had kids, completed college and started my career. Turbo Tax walks you through every possible life change.
What's great about it: Steps you through every possible deduction.

2014 Deluxe

Great product. Frustrated with the reduction of forms available with Basic and Deluxe. A simple Schedule F shouldn't cost me another $40 to upgrade. Aside from that, very satisfied.
What's great about it: Still not disappointed after 20 years with TurboTax
What's not so great: Reduced forms with same product

I have used turbo tax for years and find it to be the only complete and consumer friendly way to do your taxes, Satisfied and will use it again.
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions thorough review of all phases of tax return
What's not so great: some problems installing program
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I HAVE NEVER USED ANY OTHER SERVICE OTHER THAN A CPA. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE USED TURBOTAX. I LOVED IT. IT WAS FAR EASIER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. I AM ON A COMPUTER ALL DAY & THE LAST THING I WANTED TO DO WAS BE ON ANOTHER ONE FOR A FEW MORE HOURS. THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION...NOT TO MENTION COST-EFFECTIVE!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
What's great about it: LOVED THE STEP-BY-STEP GUIDANCE
What's not so great: BUSINESS WRITE-OFFS

Very easy to use if you can follow instructions. The comparison with the previous year was very informative because it gave me a quick glance of what I forgot to fill out.

I recommend TT to everyone. BUT, please fix the W2 IMPORT problem before next year. Thanks again for making it easy to file my taxes.
What's great about it: Since I've used TT for several years now, it was easier this year than ever!
What's not so great: Not happy that I could not import my W2 even though it was in w2express. First time I remember this being a problem.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and have never been audited and have enjoyed that last couple of years where the refunds go directly into our checking account.
What's great about it: Easy to use and finds all tax related items and solutions
What's not so great: None
