Easy

Turbo tax was an easy guide and l loved it because it took you step by step and showed me where I could find the section. I was nervous at first, but it I think it went real well for it to have been the first time. I recommend it!!
What's great about it: an easy step by step process
What's not so great: had to pay to file state electroically

What's great about it: TurboTax continues to guide you through the process.
What's not so great: The charge to have the electronic filing with the state can be deducted from the refund, be careful! It;s expensive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Proud to have done it myself

I am very happy with using turbo tax. This is the first year and I feel great! My only issue is that I was unable to view the itemize (schedule A) form even if standard was my best choice. I would have preferred to see side by side why standard was best. Overall, great software.

The process and forms are well laid out and fairly simple to navigate through. A lot of the background detail can be brought in from the prior year's data. And one can always ask the community when in doubt.
What's great about it: Liked the "walk thru" approach...makes it simple and it's up to date.
What's not so great: A bit confusing on when and what to print (except when it comes to the final print)

Good as usual with 1 issue

TurboTax was easy as ever this year, however I wish they would add support to copy and paste in passwords for form retrieval. I use a password manager to help increase security of my accounts and had to enter the passwords manually (unsuccessfully) and eventually just entered in all the information by hand. Please reconsider this design choice Intuit! Otherwise good product.
