I have problems going forward with filling the HSA columns. It say "add values of all HSA." I t does not say add from where??. That took hours together to figure out. I you can be more clear on this. Othewise it is very helpful.

Issues with state efileing

Disappointed that I encountered issues getting my state efile.
I tried to purchase online as I have done for the last several years but could not. I had to make a couple of calls to get confirmation file.
Tonight was a winner and a positive experience with the representative on the phone.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years except for last year and am impressed with the improvements and support provided. This year I had to complete my mom's taxes following her death in October. It was straightforward and relatively easy to do. It took some time to determine how to start a second return using my Intuit account but it was right in the menu bar! Sometimes it is the little things that can be confusing.
What's great about it: easy to use, lots of built in help

I think when it calls out forms that are using for several items it needs to let you know that more choices are coming up on the next page.

Missed some deductions

I selected lead me through the form, but after I stopped and saved the file, it did not automatically restart where it left off. It took three several revisions , going back over each deduction category to enter the correct amounts. Also the program could not load previous TurboTax files from 2012 and 2013. May have been my error in labeling the files.
Overall this is a good program, easy to use and gives accurate results.
