I still to this day have not been able to send my tax forms in on the electronic way, even though it says No errors. And I can't get through to you on the telephone either. It said to call back on your next business day. Ugh!

Turbo Tax for Eight years

I have used Turbo Tax to complete my taxes for the last eight years. I have found it to the easiest , fastest, least expensive and most reliable way to do my state and federal taxes.
I switched to Turbo tax after paying to much to the large tax preparing services that essentially used a program to do the same thing that I can do with Turbo Tax. Thanks Intuit, keep up the good work.

LOVE TURBO TAX

WOULDN'T DO TAXES WITHOUT TURBO TAX. CORRECT CHANGES FROM PREVIOUS EDITION. RESTORE DELUXE EDITION BACK TO WHAT IT WAS BEFORE. OTHERWISE IT WAS GREAT AS ALWAYS. THANKS FOR MAKING A STRESSFUL TASK MUCH EASIER.
What's great about it: HELPFUL AND EASY - DO IT YOURSELF
What's not so great: DIDN'T LIKE THE CHANGES TO THE DELUXE EDITION IN 2014

Didn't like that I had to pay extra for filing, after buying at the store. This is new from last year.
Should have been on the box in bold type. Would not have gotten it then.

What's not so great: cd doesn't automatically come up, this happened last year also. Very confusing to a senior citizen. We never have W2's

Taxes Made Simple!

I have been using TurboTax for many years and I have never had a problem. I will continue to use this software for as long as I am required to file taxes.
What's great about it: Led me step by step through the entire process. Made it quite easy, even for this senior citizen.
What's not so great: None.
