Easy Peasy

Enjoy getting this daunting task done through such a user friendly program, having the guarantee of help if anything comes up with the IRS, and the ability to file online.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything
What's not so great: Can't think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Disappointed with your program

i have used your product for many years and always have been impressed that when I use your product my tax refunds, sate and federal, are very timely as you describe in your program. I purchased Deluxe with the State Product as I usually do, put all the information in the system and went to E-file as I have done in the past. Imagine my surprise when I went to E-file for the State of Wisconsin and I discovered I could not because your program could not E-file a return with a 529. This will cause a delay of up to 6 to 8 weeks for my refund when i normally got it in less than n 10 days. I am disappointed with the current years program and may have to rethink my reliance on Turbo Tax in the future.

I have been impressed with the professional printouts that I get each year. If Turbo tax was to go away then I would have to go to town to pay more to get taxes done. Not all town tax people know what they are doing.

What's great about it: Really like the carryover from year to year so I do not have to write it anew each year

Simple Filing

During the program final review one of my forms came up with an error in it (a negative number). It took time to re-read and figure out what the error was. No hints from program to tell me where to look to find the program mistake. I finally had to change the number to a positive 1. This cleared the error and I could continue..
What's great about it: Can do right at home
What's not so great: resolve questions yourself

Super Product

Super easy to use - I did my own taxes for years and am familiar with all the forms I needed and just started using Turbo Tax last year. I am absolutely comfortable with the accuracy of Turbo Tax. In fact, I think Turbo Tax did a better job in getting the maximum (legal) refund.
What's great about it: Incredible easy to use
What's not so great: Only Federal is 'Free' e-File
