Really Like Product

The product is reliable. I have used it for many years and been satisfied. This year I do not care for the change that requires an account with Turbo Tax to save the return. It takes way too much time to sign in then sit and wait for a confirmation code via email before the return can be opened. The wait is up to 5 minutes to get the code then request another code and another etc. I would rather have the file on my computer to interface with the product.
What's great about it: Product is easy to use. Is accuracy and detailed.
What's not so great: Too time consuming to reopen file through website.

Really appreciate the uploading of all the basic redundant information from prior year. It saves a lot of time and frustration.
What's great about it: The comparison to previous year is great.
What's not so great: The contributions to charity is on the retentive side.

I like the reviews of what I have written and checked. I have caught myself in errors that way. The only drawback to your operation I can see is not your fault. The countless "extras" that government requires us to sign-fill in-agree to-etc. I guess it can not be helped.
