Same, Consistent Quality

I have been using Turbo Tax for my federal and state returns for almost 20 years. The ease with which the program fills out and walks me through the tax returns is consistent. I have become accustomed to the product's high level of ease of being stepped through the forms needed. I have used Turbo Tax since I was in the military and the frequent transfers and the different states I was required to file. Turbo Tax has seen me through all different situations - homeowner, business, divorce, and other of lives events flawlessly.
What's great about it: Step by step, methodical progress through the return
What's not so great: Does not use history to the fullest extent

I'm a long time user of TurboTax. I used to help family members with their taxes (the old-fashioned way) and now having turned them on to TurboTax, we all process our own returns. Less burden for me!

TURBO TAX filing is almost idiot proof. I'm 85 and not sure of myself/ability to comprehend instructions as I once could. There were a couple of instances when I was not sure I understood what I was to do (wish I had noted the question at the time, maybe next year). Over all, if I used TURBO TAX successfully, then I think most people can.
I need to get a password from LPL so I can import my financial data direct which will make using TURBO TAX even easier WNH
