Easy process. For some reason could not download from previous year but all worked simply and finished quickly.
What's great about it: Straight forward and simple
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Some of the things that were found on the review should have been found while inputting the original information.
What's great about it: Fairly simple to fill out.
What's not so great: When you do not complete the filling and save. when log back on, an option should be there to take you where you saved.

Best Tax Program going!

Turbo Tax walks me through every possible situation that could apply to me then rechecks every setion before filing.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, accurate,and quick to complete.
What's not so great: I have to pay taxes!!!!

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBOTAX FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. IT HAS MADE FILING MY FEDERAL AND STATE RETURNS VERY EASY.
What's great about it: FAST AND EFFICIENT. VERY EASY

Just one thing

There was not room to add my letter that I have to send to IRS explaining why I get to use the mortgage interest deduction in accordance with my divorce decree. The bank reports the deduction under my ex SSN. I pay the mortgage until I sell the house.
OH, and I don't have a nickname.
What's great about it: Very easy to complete
What's not so great: No room to add outside forms to e-filing.

I have use for years without any problems and found the support right there when i needed help
What's great about it: directions extremely easy to folow
What's not so great: no follow up for refund date without downing loading another app
